My wife and I moved to Trenton looking for commercial space to convert into residential lofts. We've seen a lot of buildings, some too big and some too small. We're still looking to put together the right deal.

Meanwhile we've bought two row houses on Peace St. in downtown Trenton and are renovating them for rental.
