The Roebling Complex is a group of buildings that were used to make steel cables for the Brooklyn Bridge among others. The area is controlled by Mercer County due to its proximity to the Sovereign Arena (owned by the county). Roebling #4 is the most natural candidate for loft conversion though the county has had all sorts of plans for it including dot.com office space. The buidling is near Chambersburg (lots of restaurants) and Broad St. where much of Trenton's redevelopment activity is focused. Don't know square footage yet but it's possibly 100,000 sq. ft. Challenges include its size and unknown environmentals.
