The Broad St. Bank building was the first and highest skyscraper in Trenton
and represented the height of Trenton's prominence. Today it's falling
appart and is really rough shape. Most folks in Trenton who muse about
downtown lofts lust after the penthouse floors which command a 360 degree
view of the entire region.
My view is that this is the most challenging of the downtown loft buildings
and should therefore be the last one developed. It is currently owned
by a NY speculator who paid $1M and is letting it rot.
