The Bell Building is a 7 story former AT&T Central office on E. State St. near Montgomery. The building has been vacant for years and has seen several aborted development attempts.

The city is currently planning to reserve the building for the business incubator and unspecified development. I believe the city's plans are in some jeopardy due to scarce funding.

I am putting together an investment group to develop the building as upscale residential lofts on the upper floors and various commercial uses on the bottom floors (including artist live/work space).
