3 Tbls minced fresh cilantro (if you have it, parsley if you don't)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsps hot sauce
Directions
This gazpacho is great! The above recipe makes
a large bowl and can be kept in the frig for several days as you will want to
have it for lunch and snacks. Makes 8 servings.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and chop until combined but just
a bit chunky. Unless you have an exceptionally large food processor you will need
to run all of the ingredients through in two shifts.
